Epoxy floors we coat across Houston

Garages, patios, and living spaces from Spring to Sugar Land. Every floor is diamond-ground first, never acid-etched.

Garage floors

The floor you see every day and the one hot tires punish. We grind, repair, and coat it so it stays sealed for years, not seasons.

A garage floor takes hot tires, dropped tools, oil, and Houston humidity coming up through the slab. The coating only holds if the concrete under it is opened up and clean, which is why every garage starts with a diamond grind.

Flake systems

The workhorse finish. Hides dust, hides wear, and comes in nine blends off the truck.

A flake floor is a pigmented base coat with vinyl flakes broadcast to full coverage, scraped smooth, and sealed. The result is a granite look with a light texture that is easy to sweep and hard to stain.

Metallic and decorative

One-of-a-kind floors. Metallic pigments moved by hand, so no two square feet match.

Metallic epoxy is poured, not rolled. Pigments are worked across the floor with brushes and blowers, so the finish reads like stone, water, or smoke depending on the colors and the hand behind it. Every metallic floor is sealed under a clear polyaspartic coat so the depth stays.

Patios, porches, and pool decks

Outdoor coatings with a slip-resistant texture, made for the wet season and the pool.

Patios, porches, and pool decks get sun, rain, and bare feet. We use UV-stable topcoats with an added slip texture so the surface stays safe when it is wet and does not chalk or yellow in the sun. Lighter blends stay cooler underfoot in July.

Your two days

  1. Before we arrive

    Clear the floor

Cars out, shelves and bins off the slab. Anything heavy, we can help move.

  2. 1
    Day 1, morning

    Grind and repair

Diamond grinders open the concrete. Cracks and pits get filled and ground flush. It is loud for a few hours, with dust control on every machine.

  3. 1
    Day 1, afternoon

    Base coat and flake

Pigmented base coat goes down, then the flake broadcast. The floor stays off limits overnight.

    Keep off
  4. 2
    Day 2, morning

    Scrape and seal

Loose flake gets scraped and vacuumed, then the clear polyaspartic topcoat locks everything in.

  5. 2
    Day 2, evening

    Walk on it

Light foot traffic is fine by the evening.

    Walk on
  6. A couple of days later

    Park on it

Cars, bikes, and the heavy stuff go back once the topcoat has fully hardened.

Questions people ask before they book

Straight answers. If yours is not here, call or text and Victor will give you one.

Foot traffic the next morning, bikes and boxes after a day, cars after a couple of days. Polyaspartic topcoats cure fast, but a hot tire on a floor that is not fully hardened can leave a mark, so we give the car a little extra time.

Not on a floor that was ground and primed right. Hot-tire pickup happens when a coating sits on top of sealed or dirty concrete instead of gripping into it. Diamond grinding opens the slab so the coating bonds to it, and the polyaspartic topcoat is made for tire heat.

Grind, every time. Acid etching is faster and cheaper, and it is the reason a lot of garage floors fail in year two. Grinding takes off the top layer of concrete and gives the coating something to bite.

No. Cracks, pits, and spalls get filled and ground flush before the base coat goes down. If a slab has active moisture or movement we will tell you before we quote it.

Flake is the workhorse: it hides dust and tire marks, adds a little texture, and comes in nine blends. Solid color is cleaner and shows more. Metallic is a showpiece finish for living areas and the garage that doubles as a lounge. Send a photo and we will recommend one with the quote.

Most two-car garages are two days: grind and repair on day one, coat and seal on day two. Patios and bigger floors get a schedule with the quote.

Flake adds a light texture on its own. For patios, pool decks, and laundry rooms we broadcast a grit into the topcoat so the surface stays safe when it is wet.

Send the form or text a photo. Victor looks at the space, asks a question or two if he needs to, and sends a written number within 48 hours. No obligation, no pressure, no prices pulled from a chart.
