Commercial floors need to survive forklifts, chemicals, hot water, and constant traffic. We spec the system to the space: high-build epoxy where impact matters, chemical-resistant topcoats for shops and kitchens, and a clean solid-color finish for showrooms. Larger floors go in phases so part of the space stays in use.
Warehouses, auto shops, restaurant kitchens, retail spaces, and offices all end up on this page, and none of them get the same spec by default. The floor tells us what it needs during the walkthrough.
A garage-grade finish put down on a warehouse floor tends to fail fast under a forklift, which is the actual reason a commercial job gets its own spec instead of a smaller version of a residential one.
